- Yuko Ueda's Inspiration comes from nature, life and the human spirit. Personal visual experiences of color and shape in nature are the deepest motives of her art work. Poetic memory fragments such as vibrant flowers, wild berries’ vivid red in the winter field, or stormy dark grey skies followed a rainbow, are often elements that appear on her canvases.
She also enjoys collecting both small man-made materials and natural pieces that are incorporated onto her canvases, brought together with spontaneously and deliberately. - Location
