Born 1963 in KaoHsieung, Taiwan, Wayne is currently situated in Suzhou, China.

In his own words, "[Epiphany] is my attempt to transcend inertia visual experience that is at the heart of my works. My strategy is to turn a blind eye to the “phase” of representation, and to focus all the concentration on the essence of dwelling in nature. "
