  • Artist Story
  • Stefanie has spent her entire life immersed in the world of art and design in one form or another, having worked in numerous related fields, supported by an upbringing richly peppered with art history, art and antiques.

A few years ago, Stefanie finally returned to the world of fine art, but with a very wide pool of experience and knowledge. She wants to combine as many of her experiences in the pieces she now creates, whether it be paintings or sculptures. Her newest art series, ‘Talking Sculptures’ and ‘Microphrase Me!’ are good examples of bring industrial design to the art table.

Stefanie is utterly committed to pulling out all the stops when it comes to the creation of her works. Using only the finest materials and never compromising on scale or impact, she creates paintings and sculptures that have a wow factor. The new art series also has a childlike quality to them, softness and bright colours with a sense of humour, which betray the Peter Pan in her.

Her studio is based in an international school and it is no wonder that the children are her big fans, always pressing their noses against the windows to her studio and pointing inside with big smiles on their faces.
