What’s Left Behind
Winnie Wong
This artwork captures a peaceful and relaxing scenery of Tasmania. Instead of the usual grassland, the cattle graze on the large blue sky. The name of the song is called “bitter gourd” - bitter gourd comes with a strong and musky flavour at first, then ends on a gentle and fragrant note. Just like many experiences in life, memories may fade, but feelings remain. We can always learn a thing or two from it, before we move on to a new experience in life.
Translations of Chinese characters: Memories fade but feelings remain.
Medium: Watercolour on 100% cotton 300gsm paper with texture.
The frame is included.
- Size: W 40.0 cm x H 30.0 cm

ABOUT THE ARTIST
-
Winnie Wong | Hong Kong
- Winnie Wong is a passionate artist who aspires to make the world a little brighter. She loves to tell stories, promotes meaningful dialogues and creates positive change for the community through her art.
She is born in Hong Kong, and fell in love with drawing and painting at the tender age of five. Being determined to pursue her passion and to contribute back to the society through art, she made the bold leap from a wonderful professional career to become an independent artist who is keen to influence people positively through strokes of paint.
Her artwork is primarily oil on canvas, and watercolour on paper. She enjoys blending her diverse life experience living and travelling in different countries such as India, Poland, Nepal, and Cuba, with her creative imaginations.
Today, she continues to help private collectors in Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and the United Kingdom tell their stories through her paintings, mostly oil on canvas and watercolour on paper. View Profile »
