The name of this painting might strike some conversations as it has a lot of negative connotations towards it. On the other hand, it is a very accurate description of how it felt like to be struck with an unexpected situation. Be it good, bad, expected and unexpected. In this case, a happy unexpected encounter felt like a bullet through the heart. At that very moment, I was taken aback too a bad heartbreak.
It goes to show that the same bullet with different intentions might have the same effect.
