Do I have to create an account to purchase art?
You will need to create an account in order to purchase any artwork. You can create an account by clicking at Login/Signup found at the top of the page.
How do I create an account?
Creating an account at Art Loft is easy and free. At Art Loft's homepage, click LOGIN/SIGN UP.
You may create an account as a new member via Facebook or Google Plus. If you have an existing Facebook/Google Plus account, you can click on Connect with Facebook or Google Plus button. This will allow you to use the same email address for Facebook or Google Plus and for your Art Loft Account. It’s that simple!
Or simply just click on Sign Up found at the bottom right corner of box. Fill in your name, email and desired password, and you're all set!

ABOUT THE ART WORKS
Are the Artworks original?
Yes! All our artworks are original and are sourced directly from the artist, unless otherwise stated.
Prints will be in limited editions and will be stated on the site.
How can I look up specific types of artwork?
Click on the search box located at the top right corner of our HOME page. Type in a key word for the specific Artwork that you are looking for and press enter.
Are any of the Artworks framed?
Most of our Artworks do not come framed, unless it is stated in the product description.
Can the artwork that is sold by ART LOFT be reproduced by the buyer?
No. Reproduction of the Artwork purchased on the site falls under the same Trademark and copyright laws as Artwork purchased through any gallery. The right to the reproduction of any piece of Artwork would have to be negotiated between the buyer and artist and would be independent of the sale on our website, and independent of ART LOFT.

What modes of payment are available?
ART LOFT currently only accepts Visa and MasterCard.
Please ensure to review your final cost for Artwork, shipping, and insurance on the checkout page before you confirm your purchase. You will be charged at Checkout.
What is a CVV Code? Where can I find mine?
The CVV, or Card Verification Value, is the last three-digit number printed in the signature space on the back of most credit cards, such as Visa and MasterCard.
Why is my credit card getting declined?
If your credit card is declined, please ensure the following:
- You are using a credit card or a debit card with a credit card logo on it.
- You are entering the correct CVV number.
- You are not using any special characters in your credit card information, such as accent marks or non-English letters.
- Ensure the billing address entered matches the card.
If your card still doesn't work, please contact your card provider for further assistance.
Is payment safe?
Payment is definitely safe! We only use trusted payment gateways with the necessary security services to process your payment.

How do I track my parcel?
You can track your parcel by clicking on the tracking link found in MY ORDERS page.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping costs for an order is paid for by the buyer (unless otherwise stated) and is calculated with direct quotes from our shipping couriers. ART LOFT works with a reputable courier service to ensure your artworks are in good hands.
Shipping costs are determined by dimension and weight of the packaged Artwork. Shipping cost is also determined by the buyer's and artist's location.
You will be able to see the shipping cost at checkout.
Are there any taxes or charges applied to packages crossing International Borders?
Shipments to and from a foreign country will be processed for Customs clearance. Should there be any Government Taxes at customs, it is not included in the checkout cart and will fall on the responsibility of the buyer.
Our courier service will contact the buyer if they encounter any tax issues at customs.
Is self-collection available?
We do not allow self-collection. All Artworks will be delivered by our courier service provider.
Who pays for shipping?
Shipping costs are paid by the buyers. We run occasional promotions where free shipping may be provided to selected countries. For more information please refer to http://www.artloft.co/shipping-info.
How is the artwork shipped?
Our artworks are shipped in hard cardboard tubes or boxes, depending on their size and medium.
When will I receive my order?
Buyers should expect their artwork(s) within 14 business days, which will vary based on origin and destination of the Artwork. The delivery time will also vary based on customs clearance and entry processes that differ from country to country.
How does Art Loft ensure my Artwork arrives safely?
You can be confident that we take every precaution to make sure your Artwork arrives safely. It will be packed carefully and all works are insured while in transit.
What if I buy Artwork and it is not delivered?
Art Loft will hold your funds and not transfer payment to the artist until the buyer receives and approves the artwork. The buyer receives a tracking number of the shipment and a receipt. All shipments will be insured while in transit. If the carrier loses the shipment, we will work with both the courier and the buyer to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

How do I rent an Artwork?
It is easy to rent an Artwork from ART LOFT:
- Select the work you like
- Click on the "RENT" button
- Once you have verified the details, proceed to check out
- Voilà! You now have an art piece in your collection
Why rent Artwork?
Here are a few reasons to try out Art rentals:
- Rentals are a great way to explore how the artwork looks in the context of where it will be displayed.
- It's an affordable investment, especially if you are buying art for the first time.
- It allows you to live with the artwork for a period of time to decide how convicted you are about it.
- It gives you the flexibility of spicing up your art collection annually or seasonally.
How much does it cost to rent Artwork?
Rental prices are stated on the product page of each Artwork. The Rental Period and price for each Artwork may vary.
When does my rental period begin?
Rental starts from the day you place your order. Your credit card payment is deducted automatically at the start of each rental cycle.
How long can I rent an Artwork for?
Rental periods are stated on each Artwork. For details, please click on the MORE DETAILS button on the artwork. The Rental period for each Artwork may vary.
What if the Artwork is damaged, lost or stolen while I am renting?
It is the responsibility of the renter to cover any cost associated with damage, loss or theft of the Artwork, as stated in the Rental Agreement.
The cost will be the prevailing price stated on our site.
